Online Personal Training


Seeing a personal trainer in person is by far the best for your training BUT sometimes that isn’t always possible. Perhaps your schedule doesn’t allow it or maybe the price is too steep.  Online Personal Training might be just what you need!

Online Personal Training involves connecting with me via the internet. We chat about your needs and health history. You decide what level of package you would like and pay for it via PayPal on my website.  I then register you into the remote/online training program and send you instructions for activating your subscription.  It is then that you download the fitness app for your smartphone (iOS or Android) or continue to access through your main computer/laptop. 



I create a program for you, according to what you purchased, which is available on the app or on the web. The program contains pictures, video as well as written cues so there is no question as to how to do something. Once you complete a particular workout for the day, you click on the ‘complete’ button and I get immediate notification of your completed workout.  When you do a workout you can write notes and track it right on your phone!  I also get those notes. So if there is something you want me to know about a certain workout, I will see that.  


In addition to getting the workouts, you also get ongoing support 24/7 via email.  The more we connect, the better experience you will have and the more progress you will make.  I can adjust workouts according to how you are doing with your current plan. If you wish, you can keep track of your measurements as well as progress photos right within the app!



Perhaps you want to combine fitness workouts to maximize your running or another specific sport. I can create the program unique to your training needs! I can even create personalized running schedules.

You see me somewhat regularly but want homework to do on your own between sessions. This is perfect for you! It’s like having me in your back pocket 24/7 to keep you going strong.  A great option would be to sign up for the online training and spread out your studio training sessions so you get more of me for less cost per day! You get all the great programming with pictures, videos and cues as well as tracking.
