Whether your goal is to improve how you feel, train for a race or anything in between, Jennifer can help you get there! Maybe you just need to be pointed in the right direction, minimal guidance. Fine. Maybe you need help every step of the way. Fine! Whatever format you need, we will get you there together.
Step One: Sit down with me for a private consultation. For 30-60min we discuss your past history, your current state, and your goals. We discuss your lifestyle such as family, work, nutrition and any other challenges that may try to get in the way of your goals. During this time, we also discuss the frequency of workout sessions that is ideal as well as the next best thing if you are on a budget. You will leave knowing the direction you need to go and how I will best fit in with your plan.
Step Two: You decide how many sessions you would like to have with me. If you need a personal workout schedule to do while not working out with me, then we work that into the package. It will be up to you do to your homework but I will be very encouraging and offer plenty of communication via email and text. I offer packages for 3, 5, 10, 20, and 40 hours. We can discuss having 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions that will be deducted from the package you purchase.
Step Three: Let's get to work! Time to schedule the workouts. Plan the work and work the plan! I will follow through on my part and I expect you to do your part. I know it won't be easy. Communication is most important when you are having problems following through. We must keep in touch. I do not judge!
